Had a visit to a Rest Home. Arrived on time . Taxi clean and easy access. Graham was very helpful and kept us informed of what was going on. Waited for us to see rest home and then returned us safely.
Would recommend this company.

Yesterday was the first time I have used WTS and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The driver was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

For the past three years, I have become a regular passenger of the Eastbourne-based Wheelchair Transport Services; they cover East Sussex and are able to arrange longer trips across England. For short distances and longer day trips, they provide a consistently high level of service where, as a passenger travelling in your wheelchair, you feel safe and secure in one of their specially adapted vehicles. The drivers listen to your needs and are always extremely friendly and helpful. Often, accompanied with a chat and a laugh! They are flexible with booking and do their utmost to accommodate pick up and collection times.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I work in a nursing home and we use WTS often. Today the driver went over and above for one of our lovely residents not wanting to leave her stranded at the local hospital. First class exceptional service!

We have been using WTS almost every week since my mum moved to Eastbourne end of August 2017 and get picked up mainly by David and Mark. They are very professional, reliable, reasonably priced and are much better than any other taxi service I’ve ever used. They take the time to talk to you and are very friendly. We’ve never had any issues with them and they always go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Me and my mum are very happy.

My cousin was transported by Mark from Eastbourne to Ashford, Kent this morning. She was treated with care & dignity. Mark is very kind & friendly which made the journey stress free.
I can highly recommend WTS as I had very good experience from the day I booked to the day of transfer.
